Meet the Anaheim Team Behind Vance Gate Repair Anaheim
We’re the crew that shows up when a gate won’t open, a motor grinds, or a weld finally gives out after twenty years of Anaheim sun. We’re technicians, installers, and problem-solvers who have worked on thousands of gates across Orange County since 2014. What unites us is simple: we write the price down before we touch a tool, we photograph what we find, and we stand behind the repair for a full year. No exceptions, no fine print. Adrian Vance built this company on commercial access-control discipline, and every person on this team carries that same habit onto every residential driveway we visit.
Our People
Adrian Vance, Owner
Adrian started Vance Gate Repair in 2014 after years of running commercial access-control sites, where every wiring change had to be documented and every repair had to be traceable. That background is why every residential job here gets the same treatment: a written price before work starts, a photographed record of what was found and what was adjusted, and a part number written down before the technician leaves the property. Adrian still takes service calls personally when the schedule demands it, and he’s the one who set the rule that a live person answers the phone at any hour. His favorite call is the one where a customer expects a full motor replacement, and the fix turns out to be a limit switch set twelve degrees past travel. He’d rather reset a switch and photograph it than sell a motor nobody needed.
Marcus T., Lead Technician
Marcus has been with Vance Gate Repair for seven years and handles the most stubborn diagnostics we see: intermittent openers, photo-eyes that trip for no visible reason, and gates that drift out of alignment season after season. He holds certifications across LiftMaster, FAAC, and DoorKing systems, and he’s the technician we send when a gate has already been “fixed” twice by someone else and still isn’t right. Marcus keeps a torque wrench in his truck that’s older than his reading glasses, and he recalibrates it every quarter. On weekends, he restores old Honda motorcycles, which may explain why he’s so patient with gates that haven’t been maintained in a decade.
Elena R., Senior Installer
Elena runs our full gate and operator installations across Anaheim, Fullerton, and the surrounding neighborhoods. She’s welded and hung everything from lightweight pedestrian gates to heavy steel driveway gates with BFT and Linear operators, and she’s meticulous about concrete anchoring, post depth, and hinge load. Elena came up through commercial fabrication, so she reads shop drawings the way most people read a menu, and she won’t sign off on an install until the gate travels smoothly through its full arc with no binding. She also handles most of our on-site welding repairs, and she’s known for grinding a repair seam so clean you’d have trouble finding it afterward. Her dog, a border collie named Rebar, has never been to a job site, but the name tells you everything about how she thinks.
Danny C., Service Coordinator and Apprentice Technician
Danny is the first voice you hear when you call Vance Gate Repair in Anaheim, and he’s also out in the field two days a week working toward his full technician certification. He schedules every job, confirms the technician’s name and photo before dispatch so you know exactly who’s arriving, and makes sure the written price and photo documentation are filed in the job record before the day closes. Danny is currently focused on gate access control wiring, working under Adrian and Marcus on keypad, intercom, and photo-eye installations. He’s originally from Santa Ana and can usually tell you which side of a neighborhood’s gates are the original installs versus retrofits, because he’s the one who logs the service history.
One Standard, Every Job

Every technician on this team works under the same rules, and those rules are not suggestions. The price is written and handed over before any work begins, under Haven Standard Clause 1, so there is no surprise invoice at the end of the job. Every visit includes a documented photo record of what was found, what was adjusted, and what was replaced, filed in the job record and left with the customer, under Clause 4. Every completed repair carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise, which means if it’s not right within a full year, we come back and make it right at no charge. No argument, no fee, no expiration date inside that window. That is the standard Adrian set in 2014, and it’s the standard Marcus, Elena, and Danny are held to on every gate in Anaheim. If you’ve got a gate that isn’t behaving, call (657) 567-5799 and one of us will be there with a written price and the tools to fix it.
