Signs Your DoorKing Welding & Fabrication Is Failing

• The gate sags at the latch end by more than a quarter inch. The weld at the bottom hinge or the hinge itself has elongated under load. Every week it sags further, the operator motor works harder against the bind.
• You hear a metal-on-metal scrape when the gate moves. A cracked weld allows the gate leaf to shift, dragging the frame across the concrete or catching on the post. The scrape is the sound of steel eating steel.
• Visible rust bleeding from a joint or weld. Anaheim’s dry climate slows rust, but coastal air and sprinkler overspray reach some properties. Rust at a weld means the joint has already started to fail from the inside.
